Deadline for Submission of Abstract is 20 April 2016.
Submission of Abstract for Poster Presentation:
a) Abstract must be within 200-300 words; one-page format; Times New Roman 12; in MS Word. Abstract should explain the methods of research or development, the main findings or messages and implications of the research or development of the model/theory/observation.
b) The Poster Content must be aligned in any of the Six (6) themes of the Conference
c) The Abstract must be accompanied, in a separate sheet, the following details:
- Title of the Poster
- The Theme of the Conference where the poster to be presented is aligned
- Poster Presenter’s, author and co-author’s
- Name, Affiliation/organization, address of organization, email address of presenter/author and co-authors
a) Poster dimension: width: 2 ft, height 5 ft; presented upright or portrait lay-out
b) Posters can be of any medium so long as it could be taped/glued in the exhibition hall designated flat walls.
c) Posters can be brought home by the participants after the conference.
d) Expenses in poster production shall be shouldered by the poster author/s
e) Posters must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat a day before the Conference for lay-out at the exhibition hall
Participants to the poster session shall still register as participant to the conference
